As there are only two models of the Mat Control, it may seem like a relatively young shoe to the untrained eye, however that simply is not true! Built off of the extremely popular Cael Sanderson wrestling shoe line, the Mat Control is a continuation of the previous seven Cael models. The ASICS Mat Control 2 is built upon the previous model of the Mat Control and includes all of the features that were loved in the previous shoe, with some new updates, as well.
